Core Capability · Hose & Tubing

Custom hose and tubing built for your fluid, your pressure, your service.

Off-the-shelf hose works until it doesn't. When the standard option swells in your chemistry, fails at your pressure, or wears out faster than your maintenance budget allows — we engineer a custom replacement. Multiple compound options, custom sizes, custom reinforcement profiles. The chemist picks the right base for the service.

What We Do

Engineered hose and tubing where off-the-shelf doesn't fit.

Capability 01

Custom rubber hose for specific applications

When the standard catalog hose doesn't survive your service — wrong compound, wrong durometer, wrong wall thickness, wrong reinforcement — we build a custom replacement. Our chemist specifies the compound for your fluid chemistry and operating envelope.

Capability 02

Engineered for your fluid chemistry

Nitrile for petroleum. EPDM for steam and hot water. Viton for aggressive solvents. Hypalon (CSM) for caustic and acid service. Silicone for high-temperature inert service. The right base compound is the difference between hose that lasts and hose that swells.

Capability 03

Pressure + temperature engineering

Reinforcement profile matters as much as compound. Wire braid, fabric ply, multiple layer constructions — engineered for your pressure rating with safety factor, and your operating temperature range.

Capability 04

Custom sleeves and tubing

Beyond standard hose forms — we build custom sleeves, tubing, and tubular components. Cylindrical, tapered, multi-durometer, hot vulcanized seamless. Whatever geometry your application requires.

Capability 05

Sourced from top US material suppliers

Same supply chain quality as our roll covering and lining work. We don't buy generic; we buy from the best US compound suppliers and add our engineering on top.
