How It Works

Send us the part. We build the tool once, then keep your reorders flowing. The mold lives on our shelf — so every part after the first is a phone call away.

Step One

Send Your Part

A drawing, a sample, or the worn-out part itself. Tell us the job it does and the conditions it lives in — we'll spec the right urethane grade for the wear.

Step Two

We Build the Mold

A one-time tooling step gets your geometry exactly right. This is the up-front piece — and once it's done, it's done for good.

Step Three

Reorder On Demand

With your mold in hand, we pour on demand with fast, consistent turnaround. You get one reliable source that already knows your part.

Don’t see your part? This catalog is a starting point — if you can send a drawing, a sample, or the worn-out part itself, we’ll pour it in the width, radius, and durometer your job needs. First order includes a one-time tooling step; reorders turn fast off your dedicated mold.

How It's Made

See It Poured

Every part starts as liquid urethane, mixed and poured by hand on our floor in Memphis — no overseas middleman, just our people, our molds, and our own compounds.

The Material Advantage

Why Urethane Wins

In abrasive, high-impact service, cast urethane routinely runs many times longer than the rubber or steel it replaces — which means fewer changeouts, less downtime, and lower cost over the life of the part.

01

Abrasion Resistance

Stands up to the grinding wear that eats rubber and steel in bulk-material handling.

02

Impact & Rebound

Absorbs shock and springs back — protecting equipment and dampening noise.

03

Tunable Hardness

Formulated soft-to-hard for the exact load, wear, and chemical conditions of your line.

UrethaneLongest Wear Life
SteelShorter
RubberShortest

Relative service life in abrasive applications. Actual results vary by grade, load, and environment — we'll match the right formulation to your part.

Wherever Parts Wear Out

Industries We Serve

We're not tied to one vertical. Anywhere abrasion, impact, and load are chewing through parts, urethane belongs — and so do we.

Bulk Handling

Conveyors & Material Handling

Scrapers, skirtboard, liners, and pads for the systems that move everything.

High Abrasion

Aggregate & Quarry

Chute liners and wear parts built to survive constant abrasive loading.

Heavy Duty

Recycling & Waste

Wear components for sorting and processing lines that punish parts.

The Arthur Name Behind Every Part

Four Generations. One Standard.

Arthur Urethane isn't a startup — it's a new division of Arthur Rubber Company, family-owned and American-made since 1937. The same shop, the same people, and the same standard that's kept America on a roll for nearly ninety years now pours custom urethane parts.

That means when you call, you get someone who knows your account, your parts, and your line — not a call center. It's the kind of service the big national shops stopped offering a long time ago.

Answers

Custom urethane parts — common questions

What urethane parts does Arthur Urethane make?

We cast custom polyurethane parts to your print - coil storage pads and saddles, roll covers and sleeves, load wheels, bushings and bumpers, chute and hopper liners, skirtboard, snowplow cutting edges, scraper blades, mandrel filler plates, and cast urethane sheet, bar, rod, and tube stock.

What durometer (hardness) can you cast?

A full range from soft ~40A to rigid ~80D, in both polyether and polyester urethane, matched to your application and in any color you need.

Can you recover our existing steel rolls?

Yes. Send us your worn core and we strip it, bond fresh urethane, and grind it to spec. Once we hold your mold or core, reorders turn around fast.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We pour one-off parts and production runs alike - even a single part is worth quoting, because our casting ovens are already running.

Where are the parts made?

Everything is cast in-house at our 75,000 sq ft plant in Memphis, Tennessee. American-made, family-owned since 1937.
